- We do not own or operate trucks and are not responsible for the physical transportation of goods.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate business details and required documents for dispatching.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining their trucking authority, insurance, and legal compliance.
- Clients must communicate any special requirements or restrictions regarding load assignments.
4. Payments and Fees
- Service fees are outlined in the agreement between M&H Dispatch Services and the client.
- Payments are due as per the agreed-upon terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Limitation of Liability
- M&H Dispatch Services is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses related to transportation.
- We act solely as a dispatcher and do not assume liability for freight, delivery failures, or third-party actions.
6. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
- Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they will be subject to arbitration under the laws of [Your State/Country].
